After successfully opening a new account or transferring an existing account with UTSPAY, you will receive cashback every working day of UTSPAY. You can then check the cashback status on your dashboard.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 USD.
Withdrawals will be approved within 24 hours. We recommend submitting withdrawal requests between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If you submit a request after 5:00 PM, it will be processed the next business day. For withdrawals made after 5:00 PM on Fridays, the approval will be on Monday.
The funds will be transferred to your account within 1-24 hours after approval on business days.
You can reset your password on the UTSPAY website by selecting “Forgot Password” and entering your email address. You will receive a code via email, which you will need to enter on the website to set a new password.
